Monkey Mind Retreats runs two small-group somatic yoga retreats in Portugal each year: Art of Connection (yoga and surf, Ericeira, September 2026, from €1,099) and Priceless Peace (somatic retreat, Sesimbra, March 2027, from €999). Both are led by Isabel Maria Jeworski, 850h+ Certified Yoga Teacher, with a maximum of 10 guests. All-inclusive: accommodation, meals, and all sessions. No yoga or surf experience required.

Art of Connection

Yoga & Surf Retreat · 7 days · 6 nights

Seven days on the Atlantic coast. Morning yoga on the beach, afternoon surf with Tarik (Nazaré big-wave instructor) and somatic evening sessions. An ocean-view villa, a resident chef, and a group of people who came with the same intention you did.

What is the difference between Priceless Peace and Art of Connection?

Priceless Peace is a 5-day somatic retreat in Sesimbra, focused on deep rest, yoga, breathwork, and inner work. Maximum 8 guests. Art of Connection is a 7-day retreat in Ericeira that combines morning beach yoga with surf lessons led by Tarik, evening somatic sessions, and a strong community element. Maximum 10 guests.

Do I need yoga or surf experience?

No experience is needed for either retreat. Both are designed for all levels. For Art of Connection, you do not need to have surfed before. Tarik teaches complete beginners.

What is included in the price?

Both retreats include accommodation, most meals by a resident chef, all yoga and somatic sessions, and retreat materials. Art of Connection also includes surf lessons and wetsuit hire. Flights are not included.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. A deposit secures your place and the balance is due closer to the retreat date. Email info@monkeymindretreats.com to discuss options.
